V2P Certification Disclaimer

BNENDS, LLC d/b/a Vibe to Production
Effective Date: July 7, 2026

This page explains what a V2P Certification is and is not. It is written for anyone viewing a V2P Seal or certificate, including customers, investors, partners, or acquirers of a certified company.

If you are the certified company, this page also forms part of the V2P Terms of Service you agreed to.

What a V2P Certification Is

A V2P Certification reflects an independent assessment of a codebase against the V2P rubric, conducted using the evidence available for the certification tier purchased.

Certification Tiers

  • V2P Code Cert
Static analysis of the submitted source code.

  • V2P Production Cert
Static analysis plus specific live/runtime checks disclosed at vibe2production.io/methodology.

  • V2P Continuous Cert
Ongoing re-scans on a disclosed cadence.

Certification Levels

A qualifying submission receives one of two certification levels:

  • V2P Verified
The submission meets the certification threshold for its tier.

  • V2P Verified with Distinction
The submission scores 90 or above.

A certificate always states the tier, level, score, and date of assessment. Submissions that do not meet the certification threshold do not receive a public certification or Seal.

What a V2P Certification Is Not

  • Not a warranty or guarantee.
It is an independent, good-faith professional opinion, not insurance against defects, security vulnerabilities, or future incidents. No review process, whether automated, AI-assisted, or manual, can identify every possible issue in a codebase.

  • Not a compliance certification.
A V2P Certification does not determine compliance with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, GDPR, or any other legal or regulatory framework, and is not issued by an accredited compliance body.

  • Not a real-time status.
A certification reflects the codebase as it existed on the assessment date shown. Software changes after that date. Continuous Certification re-scans on a disclosed cadence but does not monitor in real time between scans.

  • Not scope beyond what is stated.
A Code Cert reflects static analysis only. It does not evaluate live/runtime behavior, production configuration, or operational readiness. Always check the tier stated on the certificate.

Who This Page Is a Promise To — and Who It Is Not

V2P Certifications are issued under a written agreement between BNENDS, LLC d/b/a Vibe to Production (“V2P,” “we,” “us”) and the certified company.

If you are viewing a certification as a customer, investor, partner, or any other third party, you are not a party to that agreement.

V2P makes no warranty and assumes no liability to you in connection with any certification or your reliance on it.

If a decision, such as a purchase, investment, or acquisition, depends on the security or quality of certified software, we encourage independent diligence rather than reliance on a certification alone.

Self-Certification Disclosure

Human Co-Pilot’s own products and portfolio ventures may be certified under the V2P Program.

These certifications are labeled self-audited and evaluated against the same published rubric, with review by an independent external technical reviewer.

Certifications of software built or owned by any other party are conducted at arm’s length. V2P does not certify software its own team built or was paid to help build.

Verifying a Certification

To confirm a certification is current, check the assessment date and certificate details against what the certified company is displaying.

If you believe a Seal is being displayed after expiration or revocation, or in a way that overstates its actual scope, report it to:
